At Rosa Therapy Centre, we offer therapy rooms available to hire by the hour, on a regular booking, or as and when you need them, whatever fits your practice best.

We offer flexible bookings for all of our therapy rooms and a discount is available for regular room bookings.

Where can I rent a therapy room in Mansfield?

What counts as a regular booking, and what counts as ad hoc?
A regular booking is a repeating weekly slot of at least 2 hours, on a contract that runs for 8 weeks at a time. An ad hoc booking is a one-off or occasional hire without a weekly commitment.
Who can hire a room at Rosa Therapy Centre?
We rent rooms to self-employed therapists, such as psychotherapists, counsellors, hypnotherapists and also to charities and businesses. The centre is open 7 days a week, 8am to 9pm, with fibre Wi-Fi, refreshments, a reception and waiting area, and parking nearby.
Can charities hire rooms at Rosa Therapy Centre?
Yes. Charities and community organisations can hire our rooms in Mansfield for small meetings, training, support groups and one-to-one sessions. We offer reduced rates for charities, so please get in touch to discuss what you need.

What are the rooms like?
Our rooms vary in size and all are individually decorated to be comfortable and welcoming. The rooms have radiators and central heating. The larger rooms hold groups of up to approximately 8 people, with lots of natural light, comfortable seating, a table and chairs, and areas for play and craft. The slightly smaller rooms have cosy seating and homely furnishings creating a relaxed, supportive space.
How many people can fit in a room?
Most of our rooms are designed for one to one sessions or small family sessions. Our larger rooms can comfortably hold groups of up to approximately 8 people, which suits support groups, training sessions and meetings. Our smaller rooms are cosy and homely and more suited to one to one/couples sessions. Contact us and we will help you choose the right room for your group.
What facilities are there at Rosa Therapy Centre?
There is a reception and waiting area as you enter the building, fibre Wi-Fi, and a communal kitchen with refreshments available for therapists and their clients. Toilets are on the first floor.
Is Rosa Therapy Centre wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, no. There are steps into the building, so it is not step-free. Toilets are also on the first floor.
How do I book a room?

Can I book a room for a one-off meeting, session or workshop?
Yes. Ad hoc bookings are available. Text 07355 547478 or email info@rosatherapy.co.uk and we will let you know the rate and availability. Our larger rooms suit groups of up to approximately 8 people.
Can I extend a booking?
Usually, yes. Let us know by text or email and we will extend your booking if the room is free.
What is your cancellation policy?
It depends on your booking type.
• Ad hoc bookings: you can cancel free of charge with more than 48 hours’ notice.
• Regular bookings: We ask for 8 weeks’ notice if you want to end your contract.
Is there a contract to sign?
Yes. We ask for a signed contract. We also require all therapists to provide copies of their professional membership, DBS and professional insurance.
Where can I park near Rosa Therapy Centre?
• Free: on-road parking on Grove Street.
• Pay and display: the ECP Commercial gate car park next door, from 60p per hour.
• Pay and display: Watermeadows car park, opposite the building, £1 per hour.
